WHAT IS WELLNESS COACHING?

My favorite definition of coaching is that it is about helping motivated people achieve their goals faster and easier than if they were working on their own. The technical definition of wellness coaching is "the use of evidence-based skillful conversation, interventions, and strategies to actively and safely engage clients in behavior change."

WHY DO I NEED A WELLNESS COACH?

For one reason or another we often become stuck in patterns of behavior that don't move us toward our desired goals.  A skillful coach can help get you unstuck.

WHY SHOULD I WORK WITH COACH JEFF?

1. Coach Jeff knows first hand what it's like to struggle with stress and anxiety.  He also knows the ways to successfully overcome this in order to live the life we want to live.  
2. A holistic approach.  Everything is interrelated.  No behavior happens by itself in a vacuum.  Many things affect it.  That's why Coach Jeff takes a holistic approach to wellness coaching.  He focuses on the psychology of wellness including emotional, spiritual, and psychological forces that all play a part in why we do what we do.
